Occupation: mother/midwife
Website: littletreemidwife.com Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 2 What I've been up to since high school: I married my friend and love Joe in August 91. In '95, I became a Certified Nurse Midwife and found my professional calling working with women and families. I practiced in Ohio and Texas, and was honored to attend hundreds of births. We moved back to Northwest Denver in '01 - right up the street from my mom's house on Quitman (I know you remember the parties!). Our three children Joseph (5/00), Joshua (05/02 - 09/02) and Rebecca (11/03) have been the greatest gifts! The life lessons and growth I have had through mothering are tremendous. Through all these experiences, I am now a granola mama who is home with my kids most of the time. I am home schooling our children, immersed in natural living, working part time as a midwife in my private practice, at St. Joseph's Hosptial and Regis University. I am loving life and look forward to seeing many of you this summer. Thanks to the committee for all the work! From Amy: |

Occupation: mom/taxi
driver/leadership development coach Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 2 What I've been up to since high school: Although I only attended Jefferson for a year, I always felt welcomed there. My husband Chris and I have two kids, a son age 9 (Chad), and a 6 year old daughter (Mireya). I have great balance working part-time as a leadership development coach for the Center for Creative Leadership in Colo. Springs. When I'm not working, I'm a taxi driver shuttling the kids to all their activities. Love living in Highlands Ranch. Wasn't a hard decision to come back to Colorado after our senior year. The corn fields (of IA) just weren't quite the same after living in Colo. I went to CU in Boulder and have been here ever since. I'm going to try and make it on the 5th if my kids don't have any make-up soccer and baseball games that night. From Vanessa: |
